Chrysler 9.9 No Spark please help

I have a model 92HOG Chrylser 9.9 hp motor but can't get spark. Can anyone tell me where to start. I am a newbie to site.

First see if it has a kill switch that is stuck or damaged. This is usually a black rubber push button on the front of the engine.

If that is OK, then you need to pop the flywheel and check, clean, and reset the points to .020 gap. While under there check for broken or frayed wires--especially on the condensers-- and cracked cases on the condensers. Replace as needed.

Thank you, I will check this out. Is the flywheel hard to remove. I see there is a big nut on top to take off. Should the flywheel just pry off at this point?

It is on a "locking taper" and will not just pry off. You loosen the nut up to the last thread on the crankshaft to protect them. Then you insert a really big screwdriver or crowbar under the rim of the flywheel at the back of the block and press down, wedging the flywheel up. Don't go too far in or you will bend the magneto plate. Then smack the nut hard with a heavy hammer. If the flywheel has never been removed it may take a couple of tries
