Chrysler 4hp 1979 model number 42H9F - problem with carburetor

Motor doesn't start and I think it's problem with the carburettor. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you checked for spark and tested compression?

​Compression and spark test then check the fuel?
The carb remove and make sure it's clean.
The air screw on the side of the carb set at 1 and 1/2 turn out for initial starting.
