Christmas Cactus and cats

OK,<br />SWMBO would like to ask a question of all you peoples.<br /><br />Is a "Christmas Cactus" poisonous to cats? She has one and would like to bring it down from up on high. But she doesn't want the cats to chew on it and get sick.<br /><br />Thanks,<br />AK Chappy

From Googling "Christmas cactus lethal", it appears it's not lethal, but can cause vomiting and diarrhea if consumed.

Poinsetta is poisonous. The christmas cactus will (might) make the cat yak up the debris. It's just not pretty.<br /><br />Here is a list of plants not to have if you have a cat:<br /><br /> http://www.cfainc.org/articles/plants.html
