I have a Force 50hp that has been diagnosed at the local marina to have a bad CDI (no spark 1cyl. being replaced today). It also has a bad choke solenoid. The solenoid should be coming to me by tomorrow. I just ordered the solenoid and NOT the plunger as I plan on reusing the orig. It is lubed well and in good cond. When i put the choke sol. in is there any tricks I should know before removing the plunger and installing it into the new solenoid? I'm doing the choke myself and have not had the old one out yet but it is getting power to it but not firing to close the butterfly. I have a clymers but didn't know if there were any tricks I should be looking for that may not be in the man. Thanks in advance.
