96 70hp 2stroke. I know i have a bad stator as it is grounded when i check yellow wires for continuity to ground. In the process of investigating this i discovered my fuel enrichment solenoid is plugged in in the a.c. side of the regulator( the blue wire that runs all the way to the solenoid for the fuel). Is this an a.c. solenoid is it wired wrong? Help please.
