Change prop or leave as is

I have a 2017 yamaha F115 and at wot I am maxing out at 5900rpm. Should I try to lower the pitch to get closer to the 6300rpm limit that yamaha says or just leave as is?

Think you’re about good there. I’m sure it’s in my head that the peak power is rated or taken about 5500 to 5800 on those engines. Should be good as you are, unless you aren’t happy with the acceleration Perhaps. Sounds good to me though. Big fan of the k series props they come with.

1 inch of pitch will in theory get you to max RPM. However, adding load, say a cooler will negate that RPM. I think you are at max performance.
