what I use is the little funnel shaped cap from a seastar fill system and a qt oil bottle. if you squezze the bottle it will inject the oil, when you unsqueeze it it will draw air out. but you must always be aware of the amount of oil you have replaced and start carefully checking the level as you near the capacity. some folks also remove the oil passage bolt on the fwd stbd corner of the upper bearing housing. I really cant think of a time when GL5 75w-90 flows easier than 30 wt. here in the salt pond I get nervous pulling the cover on boats I dont normally service or have not been serviced in a year or so and have been overboard.<br /> but I am well aquated with the whatdiicomeinherefor thang
