With a Republican House and Senate, the Prez apparently can do whatever he dang well pleases. There ain't goona be no Impeachment, there ain't gonna be no Censure. There ain't gonna be no oversight. Heck, even the Attorney General is a brown-noser. They're gonna listen to your phone calls. They're gonna read all your e-mails. They're gonna look at what you check out at the library. They're gonna monitor your Internet Searches. And then they're gonna lie about it. Live with it! Didn't they impeach Clinton about one lie? Oh, but it's OKAY if a Republican lies time, after time, after time. <br /><br />And with an oil-millionaire in the White House, oil companies are going to gouge us as much as they dang well please to boot. Things will change in the mid-term elections and once Democrats retake the House and Senate, heads will roll (if Rove, Cheney, and Bush haven't been indicted and jailed first). But until then, it'll take legal action from District Attorneys, not legislative action by Bought-And-Sold Politicians.<br /><br />FISA is a law, not a suggestion. Big Brother begins with Dubya! Clinton/Feingold in 08!

Yeah, we really need the democrats to take power again in order bring dignity back to government. Oh wait...<br /><br />The only thing that will roll if those two took office would be the money in my wallet for the tax increases thay would need for the entitlements they would use to stay in office.

Not only would it be fun but fruitful for the Republicans.<br /><br />What a track record, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, and now another Clinton. What's the democratic message????? Haut Medoc,<br /><br />Please the line is long and distinguished. Having to pick one is the tough job. Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Turbin Durbin, Kennedy (you pick the one), Clinton (you pick the one), Byrd, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, ACLU, Jimmy Carter. Hey all MVP's in my book.<br /><br />Finegold wants to censure a guy who is nothing more than accused of misinterpreting the law based on his ACLU mentality. Politics as usual.<br /><br />If he wanted to really go after him he could make a real case for direliction of duty with regards to the boarder. That would show some real political guts in my opinion.

I agree that it was purely grandstanding....<br />Why did you vote for him anyway?<br />From what I have seen on this site, I wouldn't have thought there was even one Dem in Wisconsin....<br />Mis-interpreted? Willie, if you want to rant about millionaires in power, be sure to include your Democrat buddies. There are way more Democrat millionaires in high office than Republicans. <br /><br />That's why they show so much more empathy for the little guy! <br /><br />BTW, who was the biggest loser in the failed DPW deal... anyone care to take a guess????

I strongly feel there are valid reasons for impeaching Shrub. But that presupposes there is someone with integrity that would assume the presidency. I don't think so.

(No outcry during their tenure?????)<br /><br />As for democrats in the state of Wisconsin, they did their job. Voted early, often and even after death.<br /><br />I will say this, if we could toss out ALL politicians like they did in Canada you wouldn't get any arguement from me....
