Carver 1989 3607 Generator Transfer switch

Mine is about dead want to replace it - does anyone know who make the switch... Its an automatic transfer switch type.... kohler 7.5 KW

They are usually made by the same company that makes the genset. In the case of a Carver (depending on year), it is probably Kohler. You need the model number of the genset and the current switch. Call them with the infor and they should be able to point you in the right direction.
