I have a '94 Mariner 115 that leaks gas from the carbs when tilted down. I didn't notice this until I took the cowling off the motor. Is this a float problem or something normal. Thanks for your responses.

Re: Carbs leak gas

It leaks fuel when you tilt it up? That can be normal. If it leaks when tilted down (running position), either you have faulty carb inlet needles, or the fuel actually leaked when you tilted it up, but stayed in the drip pan in the cowling until you tilted it down. You need to look to confirm.
