Have been having more than my share of trouble with this 1976 40HP Evinrude. Have good fire even rolling flywheel by hand. Replaced hose for vac. fuel pump as were cracked. Went for spin on way back hoses fell off. Tyraped them on now won't start. Little snuff of starting fluid .....starts of that....<br />Could the carb be dirty and is there much to cleaning it?
