I allowed gas to sit in boat for 2 years No Stabilizer) D.A.. Drained fuel from tank and added new fuel and Sea Foam. Cleaned anti-siphon valve and fuel pump filter and bowl. Replaced the filter at the carb. Fuel sprays in the carb when throttle is pumped. I have a spark at the plugs. It still won't start. Do I need to rebuild the carburetor or are there other possibilities?
