Carb problem

Im trying to rebuild my carbs but there is red stuff around some of the screws i guess it is loc tite but i m not sure how to get it off and i cant get them to budge is there away to free them up before i strip them out

Heat, about 300?. That's hot enough for your fingerprint to stick to it, and cold enough so the die cast or aluminum doesn't melt.

It's locktite high strength. Should never be used on a small screw unless you NEVER want to remove it.
