Re: carb help

no genuious but alot of times the carb has to be cleaned out. I had a simalar promblem with one of my outboards and cleaned the carb out with carb cleaner only to find the same thing happening. Cleaned it out again and found a small hair like thing clinging to the side of the needle valve. After that outboard ran great. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU .

Re: carb help

You may have a fuel pump going bad on your engine.<br />The diaphram gets eaten by alcohol in alcohol "enhanced" fuels. They also dry rot after a couple years. Good news is, the rebuild kits are cheap, and they're fun to rebuild.

Re: carb help

One way to find a air leak is to spray some wd40 in the area which you think the air is leaking with the motor runing if it boosts your power you defenitly have an air leak
