Carb Adjustment

I have an older 120hp evinrude. Would like to know how the carbs should be set. It has always been horrible on fuel. Now at $4.00 a gallon, I can't affford to go boating. Need some suggestions on proper carb settings and how to perform settings.... Thanks

read the one on carb cleaning if necessary.

At only $4 a gallon what you worrying about!

model # there are a lot of older 120's.
