My head's gonna explode soon if boating season doesn't get here!! It's killing me to look outside and see this shrink wrapped mass sitting behind my garage. I can see myself lounging on the boat, sipping a frosty beverage, listening to some tunes and just floating away my worries.


AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Winter has been pretty much nonexistent here in the center of NYS, so I've been chomping at the bit to get my boat out. Gonna be in the high 50's next week. I'm seriously considering taking her out to test the new steering.

Here in Oklahoma we have had weeks at a time in January and Febuary where the temp has been in the 60's. Last couple days in the 70's. I'm shopping for a boat and its killing me, cant imagine what you guys are feeling like that have one already.

I feel all of your pain. I want to get the boat in the water so bad its about to drive me nuts. We have had many days in the low to mid 60's but its suppossed to be highs in the 30's this weekend. Come on spring!!!

go sneak under the shrink wrap with a six pack and a stereo and pretend.

or move.

Consider the advantage of an outboard that doesn't need to be winterized and a boat that doesn't need much, if any, cover. You can drop them in any time you get a "sneak day" and leave it alone outside when it gets cold again.

I feel your pain......have been looking at the boat just sitting in the driveway, all covered up, since the last time I launched...........last Saturday! Only a couple more hours to go and it will be "this" Saturday! Sorry, living in so cal with all the flakes does have some advantages......

i can't even go boating till i get 60 degree weather for a week at a time so i can get my fiberglass patching done. i think i might just take the kayak out to get back on the water.
