im trying to wire the trim and wireing harness and no diagrams came with it can anyone help

There are various Tilt units and Tilt/Trim units. We need to know exactly which one you have.

im not sure its a johnson 200 vro 95 and looks like one motor on it i dont know if that helps you to help me

Go on the maxrules.com web site and look at some wiring diaghrams for your motor. The basic question is whether you have a two wire PTT motor and relays or a three wire PTT motor and solenoids.
