Didn't realize that flash player was an Adobe program. It is ver 11 plugin.

I've run out of possibilities due to never worked with the program. You have version 11 and ver 10 or higher is required, so if the printer that colbyt doesn't work I guess you will need to go back to Avery. Sorry I couldn't be of more help

No ready solutions here AllDodge. I think the ball is in Avery's lap. I did everything they advised, to no avail. Through a link on another googled forum, I found a link to another download source for Adobe Reader 11. This time it completed the installation. This same computer got an update notice for Flash player 11 Active X as opposed to the Flash Player 11 Plugin that was already onboard. I downloaded and installed it, as well.

I then opened up the Avery program and my saved project. I hit the print button and it opened in Adobe Reader with the same problems that existed before. Now I will call them back and see what they have to say.
