CanT access site

Hello everyone. I am accessing this from my phone and it is challenging so if I posted in the wrong forum or the answer is already available and I missed it I apologize advance. Several weeks ago I wrote a letter to the iboats site but have not received a response so now I am trying within the forums section hoping for a solution.
I moved to a new home several months ago. Since then, I have been unable to access this site-I get a timeout error. I have tried other computers from my home, and I have taken my personal computer to different locations. It appears to be something wrong with my service provider since no computer can access the site while using my wifi. However, I called my service provider and they told me the iboats site is restricting my IP address. I only moved a few miles from my last home where I had no issues.

Who is your service provider?

That is strange, I don't believe we have any blocks in place for Canada. Have you tried accessing the Iboats store via a web proxy?

I'll check with our IT guy today to see if any part of your IP is being blocked.
