Can you make an Electric start tiller remote controled, and keep tiller

Can you take 2015 Mercury 9.9 prokicker with tiller handle, and convert it to remote controled unit, but keep the tiller handle and utilize tiller handle when wanted? Is there some sort of throttle/shift adapter add on that could make this possible? Idealy with a seperate set of controls, and steering link.

Even if I go with a TM213DPRO3 trollmaster, and 550103ne electro-steer you still couldn't shift it from anywhere but the handle.
