The South African's police, forensic devision keep on losing or missing (or they just get mixed up) DNA and blood samples of suspects in murder and rape, drunken driving cases etc. ... so a private organization investigated .... and found this is why ..... the main forenzic scientist (white guy) showed that this happens because unqualified people are hired for the job, he himself set up a test for applicants to see if they know their stuff and are suitable for the job, most black applicants scored from 0% to 3% for the test and white applicants scored between 77% and 95% for the same test ... now because of the strict BEE policy that black applicants have to get the job they hired the applicant that scored 17% and 3% for the test ...... now you know where the problem is ... but unfortunately they have to keep them employed ..... not allowed to employ any white people .... and I thought the "apartheid" years where over, it is starting all over again .... this is 1 of many issues we have here .... now you all know why I always drink and drive, even if I get caught, I can know the evidence will go missing .....
