Here is Party Cove at Lake Wallenpaupack, PA. It has it's own site. check out the pics...on holidays there is a full band that floats out on a modified pontoon boat and jams out......Awesome Times!

Yep, pretty much. However, there are a couple aerials that should be okay -

I've only been there during an autumn weekday. It looks like a mad house.

Pretty much. Several years ago, our 80+ year old neighbor wanted to see what party cove was all about. Ahhh, ahhh, "Are you sure?" "Yep" Oooookaaay, so we take her out. Thankfully, not quite as bad as the aerials, but we went through the gauntlet and made it out with nary a water balloon headed our way.

There are some non-G rated areas that I avoided. But it made her day to say that she went to party cove.

that's Content Key in the lower Keys. The heat is easy but I wouldn't last one winter in your neck of the woods.

Check out Devil's Cove on Lake Travis.There is a facebook page as well.This is the lake that Aquapalooza is on this year,in a week.Gonna be a blast.
