Can someone help me???

I would like to know what year my 15 hp evinrude is. And possibly the fuel mixture ratio. I have the serial # and the model # off the engine.

Serial # 15904E
Model # E0006066

If anyone could help me I would really appreciate the help!!!! Thanks in advance,

15904 is a Evinrude 15HP 1979 model number.

Use 50:1 87 US Octane to TCW3 oil.
