We are now running windows 8 now and I recently tried to down load to photo bucket and face book, no go.
Is there an issue with the windows AV that stops down loads like these from happening?

I have had no problems with doing it and I changed to windows 8 back in November last year, have you done all of your updates and set permissions correctly for web access on different features?
