Can i replace trailer roller with different brand?

My aft crossbar of my trailer broke and the boat rolled forward about a 1' and rolled off the aft rollers. I got a new crossbar i believe its the correct size but i also ordered a new roller because one of the rollers twisted and broke when the boat shifted.

I couldn't find an exact match to he rest of the rollers and i want to know if i can intermix types/brands.

I have all black rubber rollers on the trailer now but since i couldn't match it i got a set of yellow rubber which look to have a white core.

Will these work just fine?

If your replacing one set of four, then they should be fine.
As long as the new carriage can be utilized within the confines of your trailer.
You might have to guesstimate the exact height adjustment in order to equal the amount of support amongst all rollers. Just because they might be a different hardness than the others.

So why or how did the boat shift forward one foot?

Well like my forum rank i am 100% new to the boating world.

I trade my brand new snap-on tool box roll away for a 88 Cuddy Cabin.

I think a combination of not strapping the boat down and the aft crossbar breaking during a hard stop when we got cut off on the highway.

Now i need to fix the trailer so i can winterize the boat.

Thats what I was ondering, how or why was the boat able to move forward that much in the first place.
