Can I pull my 80 pound son with 2003 30 hp merc

14ft Mckee craft tri-hull with motor weigh about 900 pounds. Require a spotter so at least 2 on board.
I swear I've seen some kids with a 25hp or less out there

I have posted this before we have pulled up to three skiiers behind a 25hp johnson on a 16' skiff. It can be done but they where experienced skiiers. I have tried to get a newbie up and can't get it done. The wake board should be easier it is a slower hit.
