Close as I can get through suggestions and pictures online is either an Arkansas Traveller or and Orlando Clipper. I can't find a HIN number anywhere, hasn't been registered since 1985, pretty much stripped of everything, but it still floats!

Don't know what it is; But $1000 in materials and 1000 hours of labor should give you a very nice $400 boat.

The Transom is completely gone and there is a high water line on the INSIDE of the cockpit. (Recently pumped out?)
The Stringers are likely worse than the Transom.
The boat will need to come completely apart before you even think about putting it back together.
