These were the stupidest things they ever put on 2 cycle engine. I had an old Yammy enduro bike that had one of those on it. I simply stopped using it,and used mixed fuel to ensure proper lube. Can this be done on a modern VRO system? How come I can't do this to my brother's OMC?<br />He had the powerhead replaced under warantee, and now he's afraid it will fail again. UNHOOK OIL LINE TO VRO PLUG OFF NIPPLE THAT HOSE CAME OFF OF ALSO PLUG OFF OIL LINE THEN UNPLUG ROUND HARNESS PLUG TO VRO THIS DISABABLES OIL WARNING BUT NOT OVERHEAT WARNING HORN THEN MIX FUEL AND OIL 50 TO 1 THAT'S IT.
