I like that Crownline too...actually a lot more than that Sea Ray select.. Would be nice if it had an extended swim platform for putting boards on but can be added easily if not cheaply.
The guy that owned my boat before used it mostly for wakeboarding. There is a fat sac for it and the 8' 6" beam makes for a pretty decent wake with the trim out.

If you're planning on doing a lot of wakeboarding, I would recommend investing the money on a perfect pass system. We wakeboarded several years before we installed one, and that is the best investment I've done on the boat...a tower is very nice too

Yeah good suggestion. My son likes to board at a slow speed as he is just starting out...the boat plows through the water and is hard to keep the exact speed he likes. Pulling a skier is much easier and generally the engine doesn't slow down and keeps the speed I set it at certainly much better than my former v6.
