Bunk boards

I have a 93 shoco trailer and the brackets need replaced and the boards. Just want a opinion on to either re-carpet or go with the heavy composite wrap? Thanks for the input

Either. If its aluminum boat, dont use pressure treated

Well being a pontoon is aluminium haven't got into the boards to see what they are. I know they are factory what will pressure treated hurt if it's covered? Just asking so i don't make a mistake. ..thanks

The chemicals used in pressure treating the wood will dissolve the aluminum. The covering wont matter. I would use cypress for the bunks
