Hello,

I am building a cabin on my 23' cuddy. Its to be 2 sides, front and a roof. Anybody have any thought on how to attach it? the windshield of Aluminum, and the rest of the boat is fiberglass... I think I 've got it planned out well, but would welcome ideas. I want it to look good and have a tight seal onto the windshield frame, and fiberglass deck sides, but do not want to drill and bolt it on. I was thinking of making it with matching flanges with 5200 under them and a set of hefty cam lock tensioners that clamp on very tightly around the rim of the cockpit...

BONDO- do you have any photo's of yours? If so send on over to wjenny1234678@aol.com

Wish me luck!
Thanks-

Re: Building a cabin

Bondo,

Thanks for the picture. I got out to see a boat just like mine with a factory hard top... Not what I had in mind... Theirs is only 49 inches fromthe floor, and users must stoop to get into the seats, what a JOKE.

I'm planning to build mine with the roof at least 4" over my head, or 49 inches about the rail...

Thanks,

H.D.L.P.
