Broken Back Rest Fitting

Well, this is a long shot but I have a 1999 ex-cop boat BWCHD1170999 and the two fittings that attach the lower arm of the back rest have broken as shown in the pictures. I do not know who manufactured the seat nor where to source the fittings. Any help much appreciated.

I'm thinking 2 options
Find a local machine shop and see if they can make you new ones (Est $300)

Replace the seat (Est $1,000)

Are they made of plastic ? Check around to see if there are any hobby machinists in your area, if plastic they should be fairly cheap to remake.
Before I retired, the ship where I worked, often took on farmer jobs like that for the public to stay in good standing with the community. Ask around.
