Bravo Lower Cabel Adjustment Tool- Anyone have one that can give me the dimensions???

Having trouble finding the Bravo Shift Cable Adjustment tool 91-12427 in my area. Just wondering if someone would be kind enough to give me the dimensions of the tool, from the end (pivot point, barrel end) to the two indents that show forward and reverse gears?
