Bravo installation kit. Which o-rings where?

I have an OEM install kit with the o-rings and water seal. I can't find the information on which o-ring goes where. I can figure out some but this is what I have:

1.424 X .103
1.046 X .139
.924 X .103 (2)
.739 X .070

The first 3 are orange. I looked in the manual and it doesn't give which specific o-ring goes where.

the smallest one goes over the oil valve its black, the largest orange one is the water inlet, the medium one is the front of the input shaft, the 2 remaining ones (identical) go on the input shaft by the yoke.
MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE OLD ONES FIRST

Thanks. What about the one around the shift linkage? Is that not part of the kit? I thought the water passage was sealed by the rectangle with the swoop in it.

Had Alpha on my mind ,my mistake, the largest one is for the shift connection, the squarish black one is water inlet.
