Bow Trolling motor Charge/Off/Troll switch

My Charge/Off/Troll switch on the bow of my 1994 Cajun Fish/Ski burned up yesterday.. Does anyone have a clue how this is wired?

There are 4 wires coming from the back of the boat..

Red
Red/Blue
Black
Black/Blue

and 3 wires from the trolling motor plug in..

Red
Black
Blue

According to the diagram on the face plate you can run 12V via wire 1 and 2, and 24V via wire 1 and 3 and charge via wire 1 and 2.

Can anyone shed some light on how to wire this?

the Switch was a 6 prong DPDT McGill switch that I have on order.
