Bow question

The piece of rubber, metal, or plastic that the bow stop pushes against, what is this called? I need to try to find a new one but can't find it under my searches. Thanks.

I was going to say it was called a Bow Stop.
Are you talking about a part of the boat or a part of the trailer?
A picture would sure help.

please try to explain it again....

Off the top of my head I'd guess you were talking about a keel guard, bow eye, or winch stand, but none of those really seem to fit your description.
