Bow Cushions

Hello All,
I have replaced almost all the wood in this boat but last fall one of the kids stepped on the cusion and this is what happened. As you can tell there is no wood left, no problem except how do I get that radius around the bow? I think I will remove the other side for a patern then replace that as well. I am going to start after the rain and snow stops.

I just recovered mine and had to replace the plywood on one side. If your replacement wood doesn't want to bend to fit, you can make a series of vertical cuts about halfway through the material and spaced 1/2 to 3/4 to increase its flexibility.
