First thing I did was compression test 130 and 135. Both coils no spark. No continuity thru plug wires, whats the deal???He put new power pack on. Maybe I should test the power pack?? Here I come you tube!!

Start with disconnecting the black/yellow wire.
It is the stop wire.
If no spark then you have to check the output voltage from the charging coil and the output voltage from the trigger coil.
To read the peak voltage you have to have a DVA VOM or a DVA adapter connected to a regular VOM.
Charging coil should put out 180 VDC (DVA) or more.
Trigger coil should put out 2 VDC (DVA) or more.
All this is measure should be done at cranking speed.

Charge the battery.---Load test the battery,----Test for spark again.

I never suggest to start replacing parts without trouble shoot first.
There are multiples of things that can cause a no spark issue.
There can also be not only one bad part issue, it can be two or three.
I your case as no spark at all it might be a bad stator coil, a bad CDI box or a bad trigger coil.

New powerpack fixes it 9 out of 10 times.-----Or perhaps do some testing with a multi meter , of the parts that feed into the powerpack.

I don't know how to check this supposedly new power pack with a volt meter but I do have a 1984 6 up evidence that has a good power pack on it, could I borrow it and put on this 35 up evidence without hurting anything?

Powerpacks are the same thing on a 4 HP or 60 HP.------Provide a pulse to 2 sparkplugs
