I don't know how to check this supposedly new power pack with a volt meter but I do have a 1984 6 up evidence that has a good power pack on it, could I borrow it and put on this 35 up evidence without hurting anything?See post #5.----Note ---If flywheel spins too slow there will be no spark generated !
