Boggs Out

I have a 70 Johnson around 1985. It starts fine and idles fine, but when accelerating it "boggs out" If I drive slow for a while it will suddenly pick up speed on its own and runs great at high speeds. I have a new tank and lines as well as a new fuel pump and the carbs jets have been cleaned.Any thoughts?<br /> Thanks

Make sure the "synch. and link" procedure was done correctly. You will need a manual to do it.
