I need to Know what degree the timeing sets on a 50hp force 1987 motor

If it is a 1987-A or 1987-B model, with the breaker points ignition, 30* BTDC.

If you have a 1987-C model, with the Prestolite CD ignition, then 28* BTDC.

To Rosco thank for the timeing info Imade a Mistake I ran the motor No.and its and 1989 model 50 hp force does this change the timeing?:
