i need to insure my fiberform boat but need the year first the model number is 19sy77151 i google it but get nothing thanx for any help

Looks like OMC steering from the 70's so from the number you posted '77 is a reasonable guess. BUT - that would mean there's a HIN number stamped into your transom. Should be on the outside under the rub rail somewhere.
