It seems to come up annually, the shrinkwrap vs (canvas/ tarp, exc). I thought I'd take a picture of my work since I got a few compliments from my neighbors who were intrigued with my handy-work.
I have had the 2x4 brace underneath built a few years back, it's got a spiderweb of rope connecting it to deck hardware supporting it. The Tarp is heavy duty and 20x24' bought off amazon for under $60 and lasts 2-3 years on average. My father helped me construct this very windy sunday and it doesn't budge an inch, every gromit is tied down and every hard edge on the boat is cushioned. The boat always makes it out without a scuff and spotless inside and out.
It's going to be a sad 5 months till we open the boat up again:cold:
