Hi, I have searched everywhere and I cannot seem to find a windshield that matches my boat. So now I am basically looking for a U channel excrusion for my frame. I need a pretty long 7/8 inch with a 5/8 inside diameter. If anybody has any idea where to get metal boat extrusions or even a windshield for a 94 18 foot Aluminum Welded Bluewater. The windshield is a walkthrough and measures about 78 inches across with a center walkthrough of about 22inches.

Thanks

Why not do as I did. Get a piece of lexan and make your own new windshield. There are several how to do this storys in the archives here.

I don't know where you could get a new windshild but you should be able to get the u-channel extrustions from a local metal dealer. We have one here in Casper called Pacific Steel. you should have something on the same order in your area I would think. Just be preparied to get sticker shock on the aluminum u-channel.
