Boat transom

I have a 1984 star craft and the transom seems really low on it. Is it possible to raise it up?

if 15" transom many folks put wave wackers on to keep the lake out when back trolling.

The Length of the Leg on the motor dictates the required transom Height and Vice-Versa.
If you have the correct combination now, and then change the Transom Height it will have an adverse effect on the motor and boat performance and or render it unusable on the boat.
