I have a 1996 Seaswirl Stripper 2100 and have several through hull locations and can't see where they all go and I have been taking on water lately, they all look sealed pretty good on the outside of the boat but I don't have access to whats going on under the hull think there might be an internal break in one of the lines where can I find a layout of the plumbing

Doesn't exist, never did,

Overflow baitwell or Anchor locker interior the boat would be my 1st guess having never seen a Swirl 2100, a baitwell fill at the transom, probably had a screen, and a bilge pump thru hull.

Unless you have brass thru hulls or have changed them out in the last 8-10 years, my money is a thru hull that has cracked inside the throat

Changed out the plastic for brass fittings when my boat was 6 years old.

Half of them failed by close visual inspection. The other half I was able to break off with a pair of pliers from brittleness

Plastic thru-hulls last about 15 years. Your boat is 29

Boat builders barely document the boat. Plumbing, wiring, and rigging is done by trained folks. However schematics never existed

I have a '98 SeaSwirl 2100 DC striper. All of the access to the plumbing components is granted by hatches or one kind or another. So you may need to remove some of the boats components, but I can get to everything necessary. Hopefully your model is the same.

I have thru hull fittings for the bait well, transom storage locker and bilge pump outflow, under the starboard storage box. The box would need to be removed to see those fittings.

Sticking you head into the hatch that covers the bilge allows access to the cockpit drains. I did need to change those hoses and thru hull scupper fittings last year.

The thru hull water pickup for the baitwell is in the bilge. It should have a shut off valve. The handle on mine rusted away and needed replacement.

You should note all of the thru hull fittings and find a way to access them from inside the hull. You may need to cut access holes and install hatches after repairs are made.
