hey guys,
currently our boat lift has a hand winch similar to what would be on the front of a trailer looks like this:

Solid Gear Med. Duty Winch, Complete, 1200 lb. Capacity 11071208 - product summary - Bing Shopping

it's tough to get enough leverage to raise the boat and hard to maintain control when lowering. i'd like to add a wheel to the winch set up to increase leverage (but keep it a manual system) like this:

any idea where i can pick up the wheel to adapt to our crank system?

thanks!
