How do I find an accurate dry weight of a 1985 inboard Forester (Phantom 160 I beleive) (made in Minnesota). There seems to be no online records

Thanks

Recycling and land fills do to. But you'd have to weight the trailer seperately and do the math to find boat weight.

If this is a pending purchase, the seller might do it for you.

If its currently slipped w no trailer thats a bigger challenge.

Would a 2500 lb weight limit for this 85 Forester (some where between 750 and 1500 lbs as best as I can tell online) be safe enough for this boat or am I better off getting a 3000 lb lift to be on the extra safe side?
