Boat help needed

we have this Starcraft boat we got and we are trying to find out the age of it and what ever else we can on it. All we know is it's a model TR-1701/0 and the serial #987602 Can anyone help us out?????

what is the HIN number it should be located on thr transom on the right side or on the registration
