Working on a complete engine/outdrive rebuild as I speak. Not fun (nor cheap). The times I spend on the water with my family, wife, kids grandkids is priceless however. Take a hard look at your time on the water. If it is spent more with worry than enjoyment then you should sell the boat. If you can put all the cost's behind you then keep it. Nobody said boats are cheap. I could go to the market for what I pay for the fish I catch and come out with more in my pocket but I prefer to do it the (hard way) Good luck!
