Boat Deck Coating

I have been looking around at different boat deck coatings that I can use to coat the whole inside of my boat. Its mostly Fiberglass and the inside deck is gelcoat but its got stress cracks. I am looking for a rubbery solution that I can paint on for normal areas and use a special roller to get texture for the traffic area's. Can someone tell me what the best paint would be or what it would be made out of so I can purchase it for a reasonable price at a hardware store. I am looking for something affordable and it doesn't really have to out live me.

A few I have already looked at are:
Sanitred
KiwiGrip
Grizzly Grip

Also I have an issue with the areas in the deck that I screw into. I want to drill wholes and put in hardware like a anchor that would accept decent sized bolts that can be removed whenever I need to pull everything out. Right now the screws are just going into the fiberglass and every time I pull them out they get looser. I am not sure if they make a anchor that does well in fiberglass that does not lock the bolt in there as well. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Awesome both of those are most likely what I will go with. Any ideas how much I would need for a 21 foot boat? Or does anyone know where to get texture rollers?
